Tiffira is an online store selling artificial jewellery (fashion jewellery). We are a home-based business operating from Laxminagar, Delhi, India. Our products are not made of precious metals or genuine gemstones.
2. Eligibility to Use This Website

3. Products & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
Prices include all applicable taxes (currently no GST is charged as we are a small business)
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
Product images are for representation only. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to photography lighting or screen settings
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order on Tiffira:
You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, inaccuracy, or stock unavailability
If we cancel your order after payment, you will get a full refund
5. Order Cancellation (By Customer)
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
How to cancel:
Send your cancellation request via WhatsApp support with your order ID
No cancellation is accepted after 6 hours (orders are already processed)
After 6 hours: Cancellation is not possible.
6. Size Responsibility
Size exchange is not available.
You are responsible for selecting the correct size. Each product page clearly mentions size details (e.g., ring diameter, bangle size, chain length). If you are unsure, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.
No return or refund will be accepted for size issues.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. Key points:
Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
A clear unboxing video is mandatory
Items must be in same condition as received (no wear or damage caused by customer)
Return shipping cost:
If product is damaged or incorrect (proven by video) → Tiffira pays
If customer changed mind or ordered wrong size → Customer pays
Refunds: Only for damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
No refunds for: Change of mind, size issues, or minor design variations.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation
We use multiple shipping partners
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier partner
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by the courier company
Lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked "delivered" by the courier
Incorrect address provided by the customer
9. Payment Methods
We accept payments through trusted third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, and others).

We do not store or collect your credit card, debit card, or UPI details
All payment information is securely handled by the payment gateway

If you create an account:
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure

We reserve the right to delete or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
Tiffira is not liable for any allergic reactions caused by artificial jewellery materials. Customers with sensitive skin should check product descriptions and test before wearing.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total order value paid by you.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profit, emotional distress, or damage to other items).

Our products are artificial / fashion jewellery — not gold, silver, or platinum. We do not claim any precious metal or gemstone value. Descriptions like "gold-plated" or "silver-finished" refer to colour and finish, not actual metal content.
