But if you still receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help — fast and fair.
2. Returns Are Allowed Only If:
✅ You request a return within 48 hours of delivery
✅ You provide a clear unboxing video (no video = no return)
✅ The item is in the same condition as received – no wear, tear, scratches, or damage caused by you
✅ The item is not a size exchange (size details are clearly mentioned on each product page)
3. When Will Return NOT Be Accepted?
❌ No unboxing video provided
❌ Request made after 48 hours of delivery
❌ Jewellery shows signs of being worn, stretched, or broken by customer
❌ Size ordered incorrectly (customer responsibility)
4. How to Request a Return (Step by Step)
Step 1:
Within 48 hours of delivery, take a continuous, clear unboxing video showing:
The sealed package
Opening it
The jewellery piece inside (close up of damage if any)
Step 2:
Send the video + your order ID to our WhatsApp support.
Step 3:
Our team will review within 24 hours.
Step 4:
If approved, we will share our return address.
Step 5:
Ship the item back within 3 days of approval.
5. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

💡 Why?
Every Tiffira product is hand-checked for quality before shipping. Return shipping is not free, but we keep our jewellery prices affordable by being transparent.
6. Refunds (Only for Damaged or Incorrect Items)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
Refund goes to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, net banking, etc.)
Shipping charges paid at the time of order are not refunded
⚠️ No refund for size issues, change of mind, or minor design differences (as product images are representative).
